World Cup in Kuusamo: Poor qualifications Poles – News 24

Only four representatives of the Polish competition will see tomorrow on the hill Ruka in Kuusamo. Among them suddenly run out Matthias Kota. Anders Bardal wins qualification.

It’s hard not to resist the impression that viewers watching the competition in Kuusamo experiencing deja vu kind. Winter as a picture, penetrating cold and harsh wind. And on Thursday on the hill Ruka windy today and it’s hard on the back.

The winner of the qualification, Anders Bardal, could boast high as the hill of the design position equal to 120 meters note – up 164.4 points. Norwegian actually jumped very far today, however, so a large number of points due to the compensation he received for the less than perfect conditions in which he had to jump. His result added up to 11.5 points. Qualifying took place in a lottery conditions and some of them died unexpectedly.

In tomorrow’s contest will not see or even Anders Jacobsen Reruhi Shimizu. Unfortunately, their fate was divided up three Poles – Maciej Kot, Jan Ziobro and Stefan Hula. The least fortunate was the first, which ran for promotion 0.9 point, but wasted a consolation for the player, who a few days ago in Klingenthal was one of two red and white, who finished the competition in the top “30″. While jumping Huli, who took the place of the injured Kamil Stoch and Ziobro best drain veil of silence.

At the other extreme is to turn Krzysztof pole, which the Polish team in qualifying wrote the best, taking sixth place. 20-year-old replaced colorless Gilowice Klingenthal Bartholomew dumpling and immediately proves the coach, it’s worth it to bet on. As far as tonight’s performance is the result of his good form, we will see tomorrow, but the pole includes a very good entry into the winter season. Peter also obtained the qualification vein, Dawid Kubacki and Alexander Zniszczol.

The conditions in Kuusamo traditionally not conducive to the players, but today Ruka jumping on the subject has shown that there is a group of players, for which a strong wind at the back there is no obstacle to achieve excellent results. In this group, in addition to said Bardal are athletes who are past the competition in Klingenthal ended in the forefront, such as Anders Fannemmel, Andreas Wellinger or Peter Prevc. But you should not miss Noriaki Kasai and World Cup leader, Roman Koudelka. These qualifications forgive myself, but cold climate of northern Finland also promotes them.
