World Cup in Engelberg: four poles in the competition, Freitag best … – Onet.pl

On Saturday, there was a series of trial and first individual competition. For best workout was Michael Hayboeck. Among the leading light of the Polish Piotr Zyla, who was sixth. Also did a decent Jan Ziobro, who was twenty-seventh. Fared poorly while two other Poles. Dawid Kubacki was 34, and Clement Muranka 47.

Saturday’s contest won by Richard Freitag. For the German was the fourth victory of his career. Promoted thanks for 15th place overall. He overtook by 0.6 point Roman Koudelka. In third place were together Jernej Damjan and Michael Hayboeck.

The third White and Red was Alexander Zniszczol. His jump ended at 120.5 meter and gave him a 58. place and the lack of promotion. Shortly thereafter, also jumped Klemens Murańka. His attempt at 126 meters allowed him to take 36th position and gave a ticket to the final.

As fifth among Poles Dawid Kubacki presented. After yesterday’s 28th place, but this time he wanted to show the better side, and for this it was necessary to qualify for the contest. Kubacki plan, however, lay in ruins, because the jump on the 120.5 meter gave him only 60 place.

Another of our representatives was Jan Ziobro. Pole on Saturday did a best of the charges Lukasz Kruczek. In Sunday’s qualifying longest jump on 131.5 meters and took 26th place.

The last jump Peter alive. Ranked highest in the World Cup Pole 132.5 landed on the subway and was classified on the right – in seventh place.

All qualifications Richard Freitag won the jump on 135.5 meters. Second place went to Lanisek, and the third was Forgang. Among the players who did not have to qualify, the best side showed undoubtedly Michael Hayboeck, who jumped 139 meters.
