                             Jerzy Janowicz won the Japanese Taro Daniel 6: 4, 6: 3 in the first round of the ATP tennis tournament on clay courts in Hamburg (prize money 1.286 million).
                         

Janowicz in the latest ATP rankings occupies 51st place, while American-born Japanese ranks in the second hundred – is 112. For the first time competed with each other .

Monday’s match lasted one hour and 15 minutes. Polish tennis player scored five aces, his rival had one such play. Daniel got the main event after qualifying.

In the next round Janowicz rival will be the winner duel between Uruguayan Pablo Cuevas (No. 5) and Argentine Diego Schwartzman.

Last year he reached Janowicz Hamburg to the second round, where he lost to Ukrainian Oleksandr Dołgopołowem 4: 6, 1: 6.
