Coach Antiga admitted that persuading Wlazłego to return to the national team was not easy.
– But I was aware that a team with him in the composition has a much greater potential – said the French coach of world champions.
The first conversation took with Wlazłym in October last year.
– Mariusz long delayed making a decision. I had to give him the whole idea of a team. The assumption was that the returns for the year. I knew, however, that it might be so just stop. It’s nice, however, that he agreed to return to the squad – Antiga explained.
– Now you Mariusz not regrets that decision. It’s the best time for him at the end of representative career. Departs in glory of the great master – he added.
