Maciej Jermakow: Did you go out “to zero” with the organization volleyball World Cup

Miroslaw Przedpełski: – Are you sure we do not have losses, and how large will the profits, if any at all will profit – the we do not know because I have not domknęliśmy all matters related to coercing even the transmission.

The secret is still shrouded in the amount of awards for volleyball …

– Yes, I still negotiating with sponsors, as well as form of awards from the ministry of sports.

In 2006, when our team won the silver medal in the World Cup, the division there were 3 million. Now there will be more?

– I hope – that at the end of the world championship, the bigger issue. So I’d like it to be a higher amount.

In conclusion already so calmly what could have been done better? While the championship came fantastic, it certainly was something to improve?

– You can always do better. But comparing it to the previous championship, we did the best. That’s what did not work, you did not receive and did not have money for it, is to download a larger number of foreign fans. Some of them came, but I would prefer it to be more of them – not as I imagined.

FIVB really wants to do next world championships in Poland?

– Such proposals have died and it’s quite officially. But we still think about it, discuss it, because they are large costs. Certainly we would have to organize things differently. And think … why not! But on the other hand, I wish it happened in a different place, but with the pump as in Poland – to promote our discipline.
