Bartlomiej Bonk was European champion in weightlifting in the category of 105 kg during the championship of the Old Continent in Tbilisi. At the podium stood Arkadiusz Michalski.

– These were our expectations. In particular, I was hoping for a good performance Bonka Bartholomew. Nothing is more important than starting on mental strength. What I was able to work out in training must be confirmed on the competition. Today our sztangiści withstood pressure – said Simon Kołecki, president of the Polish Association of Weightlifting.
