The second leg of the Euro 2016 play-off meeting, the representation of Hungary beat Norway 2-1 (1-0). Thanks to this rezultatowi Magyars secured their promotion to the European Championship. For performance at the big event Hungarians have been waiting for 30 years.
Groupama Arena in Budapest sat a set of 22,000 fans, headed by the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban.
The coach Bernd Storck Magyars from the first minute set at three players who every day are in Polish clubs. The match began in the starting line-up Richard Guzmics (Wisla Krakow), Tamas Kadar and Gergo Lovrencsics (Lech Poznan). On the bench, as in the first meeting, he sat Nemanja Nikolic from Legia Warsaw.

Bernd Storck’s men have won the Thursday meeting at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo and 1-0 on aggregate thanks to the triumph secured their performance on next year’s finals. Hungarians will be the first big tournament of the World Cup 1986. At the European Championships Magyars they have not played since 1972.
