It was the end of the season, which will not forget. For most of the last World Cup competition in Planica seemed that Peter Prevc snatch from the hands of Crystal Ball Severin Freund. In the second round, however, gave a great jump compatriot Prevc Jurij Tepes – he won, then finally took the Globe colleague from the national team of Slovenia, “giving” it Freund. Kamil Stoch finished fifth.
The key to the fate of not only the competition itself, but for the whole World Cup was a second jump of the fourth after the first round of Yuri Tepes. Slovene flew on until 244 meters and received five notes of 20 points – it was hard to imagine a better test. Jumping on the end of Peter Prevc received 233.5 meters, but not enough for him to win.
Yuri Tepes finally took first, second Prevc Peter and Severin Freund seventh. This arrangement meant that the crystal globe reached Germany. Freund and Prevc won overall in exactly the same points – in 1729 – but won the first thanks to a larger number of winning competitions throughout the season.
