The fact that Barcelona won the Spanish championship meant that Real Madrid will not be seeded in the draw for the next Champions League (2015-16).
All thanks to the new rules it introduced the UEFA. From next season in the first basket includes only the seven leading masters of the UEFA rankings leagues (Spain, England, Germany, Portugal, France and Russia) and the defending champion.
