tournament in Irun is the last test White -Czerwonych before the European handball championship 2016 which will start on January 15. The event involved four teams. Each game each.

At the inauguration of 27:23 beat Brazil and Spain smashed the Swedes 32:22 . On Saturday we measured up with the crew from Scandinavia and from the beginning the game was not going our way. After ten minutes, the rivals already led 5: 2. Poles passed a few losses. For this Przemysław Krajewski missed a penalty. The attack shone Swedes Jasper Nielsen, who had one hundred percent efficiency with games (3 goals 3 views).

Although managed to equalize (7: 7), but then rivals again “they drove away”, using game advantage. Players Three Crowns fared much better in positional attack. We, in turn feebly in defense.

At the end of the first half we experienced a moment of horror. Michał Jurecki fell to the floor with a grimace on his face, holding his knee. Fortunately, after a while pulled himself together and returned to the game. His serious injury would be an unmitigated disaster. The player Vive Tauron has yet to replace the middle Mariusz Jurkiewicz. Opponents in the last quarter of the first game kept three-four advantage and the goal came down to the locker room leading 17:13.

Poles few actively playing on the wheel. Marnie presented to Syprzak, who got a few balls. The Swedes sensed our weakness, after the break, earning the highest in the meeting, as many as five hits advantage. A few minutes Children games left Jurecki, this time complaining of a sore wrist.

The Poles have a reputation for that can leave even the greatest oppression. This opinion also confirmed on Saturday when quite quickly led to a draw. In the 45th minute the scoreboard bore the result 23:23, and after a while already conducted.

Swedes completely they lost their way. They lost a lot of balls in attack and we played excellent attacking. Rivals could not get to our grid more than 10 minutes! Effect? It Poland jumped on four goals and I do not really give a catch.

White-Reds did not play great game, but with much better the last twenty minutes of beating the Swedes 28:26.

At the end of the tournament Irun will play on Sunday with the hosts Spain.
